Marc is an expert facilitator with more than a decade of experience leading teams. He cares deeply about people and their potential for growth, and knows that groups thrive when they embrace challenges, communicate transparently, and listen actively.

He’s supported over 1,200 leaders and employees across the U.S. and internationally, and started StepOutside to bring the world more inspired work.

Maria is a multi-hyphenate with a background in communications, strategic storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Words she lives by are “It’s your world” and “seek discomfort.” She believes the best things in life happen outside your comfort zone, and that within us is the enthusiasm and power to shape our world for the better.

Neb is a former combat veteran and federal firefighter with expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. He’s particularly skilled at helping people identify their “why”.

He’s also a founding member of B Local Texas and is committed to helping more businesses focus on planet and people in addition to profit, so that business can become a force for good.
