In just nine months, a rapidly growing real-estate tech company in Austin needed to ramp up manager readiness, foster trust cross-functionally, and expand talent development programs to upskill new managers. The deliverable was clear: provide high-quality leadership development that sticks, and do it fast.

Cross-functional Coaching Pilot that supported senior managers with cross-functional learning, feedback and coaching skills, and problem-solving business needs in-the-moment
Manager Resource Hub with plug-and-play tools, just-in-time guidance, and live office hours for applied learning
Leadership AMAs to strengthen employer brand, improve trust top-down, and reinforce leadership direction in a fast-paced startup.
All of these programs were designed to drive success in a fast-moving, agile workplace that required actionable frameworks and intentional moments to strategize, reflect, and then immediately implement.
